Cutler and Gross 0002 Aviator Opticals

Second in the series and considerably more assertive than the first, the 0002 is an aviator optical: the double-bar-adjacent, tapered shape that has outlasted every trend it was ever part of.

It is offered in four colourways, each named for a precious-metal tone. 18K Gold is the traditional route, 18K Rose Gold warms it up, 18K White Gold Rhodium takes it cool and silver, and 24K Yellow Gold + 18K Rhodium plays the two against each other.

Cutler and Gross do not publish a lens width for the 0002. As an aviator it is designed to cover, so expect a fit that spans the face generously; it suits average to larger faces and anyone who wants an optical with real reach.
