Cutler and Gross 0009 Aviator Opticals

The aviator is a shape most people think they know, and the 0009 quietly rewrites it as an optical frame: the teardrop line is there, but drawn with restraint.

It is handcrafted, combining acetate with metal, and it is offered in four colourways: Peach on 18K Rhodium, Havana on 18K Rhodium, Gradient Green on 18K Rose Gold + 18K Rhodium and Black on 24K Yellow Gold + 18K Rhodium. The metal finishes give the frame its glint; the acetate gives it warmth.

There is no published lens width for the 0009. Take it as a medium-scale aviator by proportion: broad enough across the eye to carry the shape properly, and generally a good match for medium and larger faces. We are happy to advise.
