The 1400 Round Opticals take the roundest of frame shapes and give it enough weight to hold its own on a face. Built in acetate, the frame reads solid without turning heavy, and the four colourways pull in noticeably different directions. Orange on Black is graphic and a little punk. Old Havana is the warm tortoiseshell classic. Aviator Blue is cool and faintly formal. Dusk is the muted, dress-down option.
