The GR06 Round Opticals are a study in restraint: a clean round acetate frame that does its job without demanding attention, then rewards a second look with the colour.
There are five to choose from. Black is the safe one. Crystal Peach and Blue Crystal are translucent and visually light on the face. Striped Dark Green has depth and a bit of texture to it. Vintage Sunburst is the most characterful of the set, and the least predictable.
Lens width is 48mm, the span across a single lens, which places the GR06 at the smaller and tidier end of the round spectrum. It suits narrow and average face widths, and anyone who has found larger rounds overpowering in the past. Handcrafted, as Cutler and Gross frames have always been.
