Cutler and Gross GR15 Aviator Opticals (Large)

The GR15 is an aviator optical frame offered here in the Large size, cut from acetate rather than metal.

The result is a teardrop shape with body to it: the brow line carries weight, the colour has depth, and the frame reads as a design choice rather than a default. Multi Olive is the most distinctive of the colourways, Havana is the warm classic, and Black on Havana layers the two ideas together.

A 52mm lens width puts this at the larger end of medium. It suits broader and longer faces, and anyone who wants an aviator that fills the space properly. Narrower faces will usually be happier in a smaller frame.
