Only 399 pieces of the 10616H were made for the whole world, which is the single most important thing to know about it. Each one is built from Japanese acetate and carries the signature M+N engraving, and each is made in Japan. Once the run is gone there is no reorder.
Sizing: the numbers 49-22-130 describe a 49mm lens, a 22mm bridge and 130mm temples. The 49mm eye keeps the frame compact, so it flatters narrow to medium faces, while the generous 22mm bridge is forgiving for a wider or lower nose bridge. Note the short 130mm temples, which sit high and close to the head rather than reaching far back.
Colourways: Matte Navy with Antique Silver, Milk White with Palladium White, Matte Black on Black, and Bordeaux with Ruthenium, each available with Blue, Brown, Grey or Pink gradient lenses.
