Sizing: 54-20-145 means each lens is 54mm wide, the bridge measures 20mm and the temple arms are 145mm. The 54mm eye puts this firmly in large frame territory, so it is best on medium to wide faces where a smaller lens would look lost. The 20mm bridge is average, suiting a standard nose bridge rather than a notably narrow or broad one.
