Titanium side shields are the defining feature of the M3115. They wrap the outer edge of each lens, cutting light from the periphery, and carry hand-engraved filigree work you only see up close. The temples are Japanese acetate, the metal carries a precious metal finish, and the frame is made in Japan.
Sizing: the M3115 comes in two temple lengths, 55-18-142 and 55-18-135. Both share a large 55mm lens and a narrow 18mm bridge, so this is a bold, wide frame that suits medium to large faces and a close-set or narrow nose bridge. Choose 142mm temples for a longer reach behind the ear, or 135mm if standard temples usually feel too long on you.
