Ribbed sideshields are what separate the M3137 from a standard sunglass. Panels sit at the outer edge of the frame, textured with ribbing, closing the gap between lens and temple and cutting the light that would otherwise come in from the side. The frame is titanium, and the stained glass lacquer gives the metal its colour without hiding it. Made in Japan.
Sizing is 51-21-145, which is a 51mm lens width, a 21mm bridge and 145mm temple arms. That suits medium to slightly wide faces, with a 21mm bridge sized for an average nose bridge.
The four colourways pair metal with lacquer: Antique Gold with Orange, Brushed Gold with Navy, Antique Silver with Blue, and Palladium White with Red. Lenses are offered in G-15, Cobalt Blue, Blue Gradient and Cooper Gradient.
