Semi flat lenses give the M3138 a shallower curve than a heavily wrapped sunglass lens, which keeps the front looking flat and graphic when seen from the side. Behind them sits a lightweight titanium construction with precious metal finishing, made in Japan.
Titanium is why the frame feels lighter on the nose than its size suggests, and it is a sensible choice if other metals tend to irritate your skin.
Sizing is 49-21-145. The 49 is each lens at its widest point, the 21 is the bridge between them, and the 145 is the temple arm running back to your ear. That lands in the small to medium range, with a 21mm bridge that works for an average nose bridge without gapping at the sides.
Finishes are Brushed Silver, Matte Black, Antique Gold and Brushed Gold, with Cafe Pink, Cafe Orange, Cafe Green and Cafe Blue Solid lens options. Supplied by an authorised Matsuda dealer.
