Matsuda M3163 Eyeglasses

The bridge is where the M3163 shows its hand: titanium, engraved rather than left plain, and finished with the stained glass lacquer that lets colour sit over the metal while the surface underneath still reads through. The rest of the frame is lightweight titanium construction, made in Japan.

Titanium keeps a 50mm frame light on the face, and it is a practical choice for anyone whose skin reacts to other metals.

The 50-21-145 measurement is standard eyewear shorthand: 50mm lens width, 21mm bridge, 145mm temple length. Together they suit a medium face width, with the 21mm bridge sized for an average nose bridge rather than a very low or very high one.

Finishes are Antique Gold, Brushed Gold, Brushed Silver and Matte Black, supplied as an optical frame with clear lenses.
