Blue is a difficult colour to do well in eyewear. The Dahven Polychrome Sapphire gets it right by keeping the acetate frame compact and letting the Sapphire tone do the work, with a tinted lens treatment that sits neatly between everyday optical and full sunglass.
Choose a lens width of 44mm or 47mm. Lens width is the horizontal measurement across one lens and is the most useful single number for judging fit. The 44mm is small and close-set, ideal for narrow or petite faces. The 47mm gives slightly more span while keeping the frame's tidy proportions intact.
Worn well, it reads as confident rather than showy, which is a fine line most coloured frames fail to walk.
