Acetate and metal together give the Fanagle Sun a different character to the all-acetate frames around it, and the three colourways play on that: Pine, Navy and Citron/Tortoise. Pine and Navy are the sober pair; Citron/Tortoise is the one that will draw comment.
There is a single lens width, 53mm, measured across one lens. That is a large sunglass. It is built for broader faces and for anyone who finds standard sizes leave them short on coverage, and it is not the frame to choose if you prefer something compact and close-set.
At this width the metal detailing reads clearly at a distance, which is part of why the shape holds up.
