Choose a 47mm or 50mm lens width. That measurement runs horizontally across one lens and is the quickest way to judge whether a frame will suit you. The 47mm is the tighter, smaller fit for narrower faces; the 50mm gives a medium, more generous proportion that most adults will find comfortable.
