The optical Plotz is made in a single 49mm lens width, which lands it in the medium range: broad enough for average and slightly wider faces, but not so large that it dominates. If your current glasses measure around 49mm and you are happy with how they sit, this one will feel immediately right on the face.
The colour decision is more interesting than the size one. Gold is the warmest and most classic. Silver is cooler and reads more technical. Navy is the outlier, and the one to pick if you want your glasses to be quietly noticed rather than simply worn.
