ALCOTT is built for glare. The Polarized Pro Hi-Con Grey lens cuts reflected light while lifting contrast, which is why it earns its keep behind the wheel and on the water rather than just on the terrace.
The frame itself is light stainless steel, finished here in Black, with a Champagne Gold version carrying a Darkgrey Solid tint if you want warmth in the metal.
Acetate temple tips give a slightly softer feel behind the ear than silicone, and the nose pads are silicone for grip. Temples measure 145 mm, a longer arm that reaches comfortably on medium to larger faces. The proprietary spiral hinge flexes rather than fatigues, and each frame is individually adjustable.
Handmade in Berlin, covered by a two-year warranty, and supplied with a branded case and cleaning cloth.
