The ANNIKA is a quiet piece of hybrid thinking: a light stainless steel rim with acetate rings fitted into it, so you get the strength and slimness of metal but the softness and colour depth of acetate right where the frame meets the eye.
It is part of the LITE collection and uses Mykita's patented spiral hinge, with acetate temple tips and nose pads and full individual adjustability. Temples are 140 mm, a medium length that keeps the frame level on average-width faces without pressure behind the ear.
Colour is where it plays: A50 Black/Black Havana here, plus A64 Mocca/Brown Gradient, A76 Glossy Gold/Milky Indigo, A45 Purple Bronze/Bora Bora and A38 Champagne Gold/Antigua. Handmade in Berlin and supplied with a branded eyewear case and cleaning cloth.
