ARTURO sits in the DECADES SUN collection, and it is a frame that trades on tonal pairing rather than shock. The A92 Shiny Silver/Galapagos version puts a cool metal front against a warm Rawbrown Gradient lens, the gradient fading from a deeper tint at the brow to a lighter one at the cheek, which keeps the lower field open while shading the eyes from above.
The alternative, A16 Black/Antigua with a Brown Solid lens, is the more solid, uniform read of the same shape.
Temples measure 145 mm, a slightly longer arm that suits medium to wider faces and lets the frame sit level rather than tipping forward. Like every Mykita, it is handmade in Berlin and can be individually adjusted by your optician.
