The LESSRIM collection is Mykita at its most reductive: the rim is pared back so the lens does more of the visual work and the frame almost disappears at conversation distance. ARVEL is a clean example of that logic, drawn in circular stainless steel so the metal stays thin and light.
The proprietary spiral hinge keeps the temple joint minimal, silicone nose pads and temple tips provide grip without pressure, and the frame is individually adjustable, which is important on a build this lean. Temples run to 140 mm, a medium arm length that keeps the frame balanced on average head widths.
Finishes are subtle by design: Silver/Indigo, Cashmere Silver/Shiny Silver and Storm Grey/Shiny Silver, each a two-tone metal rather than a block colour. Handmade in Berlin and supplied with a branded case, cleaning cloth and two-year warranty.
