BEAM is a hybrid, and that is what makes it interesting. The MYLON front is fitted inside steel rims, so you get the rigidity and thin profile of metal around the lens with an extremely light core doing the structural work. The proprietary spiral hinge and silicone temple tips and nose pads finish it.
The lenses are tinted with full protection against UVA and UVB rays and carry an anti-reflective coating on the inner surface, which cuts the glare that bounces off the back of a lens into your eye.
Temples are 135mm, on the shorter side, which reads well on narrower faces.
MH7 Pitch Black with Glossy Gold and Rawblack Gradient lenses is the boldest; MH6 Pitch Black with Black and Cool Grey is the stealth option; MH81 Granite Grey with Dusk Gradient sits between them.
